Refund and Cancelation Policy

I understand that life happens and schedules can change. To support fairness and respect for everyone’s time, the following policy applies:

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee may be charged.
Refunds are not available for missed sessions without prior notice.
If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances — please contact me as soon as possible.
